Canon 50mm 1.4

The first lens I bought after my kit lens and I still have it.  It is sharp after 2.8 but sometimes you just want that insane bokeh at 1.4 - or you really need those extra 2 stops for ultra low light conditions.  Comparably, I notice no difference in sharpness to my 24-70 at equal aperatures - although the color is a bit better on the L.
